You get a letter at the end of each month. It's Free Delivery Worldwide.

Rest of the world 10- 12 days
If you sign up before the 15th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 15th, your first letter will arrive the following month.
Double-Check Your Address: Please make sure your delivery address is completely correct at the time of purchase. We cannot take responsibility for items sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Sometimes the mail can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (3 weeks for international). If your Letterly Post doesn’t arrive, email us at letterly.mailclub@gmail.com
We’ll make it right, either by reposting your letter or refunding you for the month. Please review your receipt to confirm your address is correct. Reposting and refunds are only available if the mistake was made by us.

Please keep in mind that to keep the magic alive and flowing, only the main letter, or map’s will be translated into your requested language. All other extra stationery goodies, post cards and collectible items will remain in their original design and language.
Celebrations, school groups, and party orders of 50 or more — can be customised fully in your preferred language.

Our Occation Packs come in custom bundles of 5, 10, or 15 sets delivered together in one big package. They are perfectly tailored depending on the vibe you choose: our Adventure Packs are ideal for ages 4–12, while our Creative Art/Journaling Packs are designed for ages 12+.

Everything essential is included! Each child gets their own individual pack filled with letters, maps, or gorgeous stationery goodies. All you need to supply are basic table setups like pencils, coloring markers, or glue sticks depending on the pack you choose. No messy paint or complicated clean-up required!
